Leslie received her undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and received her law degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, Leslie served as a student attorney in the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Social Justice and interned for the Honorable Thomas R. Vena, J.S.C. in the Civil Division.
After graduating from law school, Leslie served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Catherine Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P., the presiding family part Judge in the Mercer Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey. During her clerkship, Leslie was responsible for a variety of family matters, including matrimonial (FM), non-dissolution (FD), and domestic violence (FV) cases.
Since her clerkship, Leslie has practiced exclusively in the area of family law assisting clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, child support, custody rights, parenting time, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters.
Leslie is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association as well as the Aldona E. Appleton Inn of Court.
Leslie also serves as a volunteer panelist for the Early Settlement Panel program in Middlesex County.
